At Park's Motor Group, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided in the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to any authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
